A collaborative project between Murdoch University and NyPa Australia Ltd. is taking place at Murdoch University to investigate the usefulness of NyPa Forage to help dispose of waste from aqua culture industries. The disposal of saline, nutrient rich effluent from inland aqua culture enterprises is a major environmental problem. This project will investigate how efficient NyPa Forage is at taking up the nutrients found in this waste water. The project has not commenced yet, and more information about the suitability of NyPa Forage for this purpose will be included as it is made available from the project.
